Tickets 2010 Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase  Saturday, November 27, 2010 Welcome! We would like to make your purchase of tickets to the 2010 Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase as simple as possible. Tickets can be mailed or collected at Will Call. Will Call is located at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center ’s ticketing office, 14440 Pierson Road , Wellington , Florida . (Directions To PBS Will Call: South Shore to Pierson Road turning west on Pierson Road, travel to the fourth left hand turn, Idle Dice, follow the signs to Will Call.) First race starts at 1pm, there are 5 NSA races over hurdles, 1 celebrity race, 30 min between races and horses will go around track 2 ½ times.

VIP Player’s Club Terrace (Upstairs) Price: Not available at this time. Includes: Valet Parking, All Day Gourmet Buffet, Open Bar The ultimate Steeplechase experience.  Join the exclusive VIP patrons as they cheer on the steeplechase horses from the patio and upper terrace of the famous Player’s Club. This all inclusive ticket for the entire day includes Valet Parking, All Day Gourmet Buffet and Open Bar in a climate controlled environment. This is the place to be if you want to socialize with the “In” crowd and have the convenience of all your food & beverages taken care of by Chef Charles Campbell and the fine staff at The Player’s Club.

The Palm Club NEW (Reserved Table, Covered, Upstairs, Infield) Price: Not available at this time. Includes: 1 Reserved Table for 6 Guests, 2 VIP Parking Passes , and Gourmet Buffet & Open Bar The Palm Club is one of the two newest additions to the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase venue. With it’s elevated infield location, it is a coveted spot in which to watch the horses racing toward the finish line, the infield activities and the Jockey’s Paddock, making this location a unique setting to entertain friends, family or business associates.  Gourmet Buffet and Open Bar catered by the Official Caterer White Horse Tavern. Tiki Hut NEW (Reserved Table, Covered, Upstairs, Outside Track, Finish Line) Price: Not available at this time. Includes: 1 Reserved Table for 6 Guests, 2 VIP Parking Passes , and Gourmet Buffet & Open Bar If you want to be elevated and right on the finish line, the Tiki Hut is the place to be! Reserve your table early, on this second story Tiki Hut, with a panoramic view of the entire racecourse.  Gourmet Buffet with Open Bar provided by the Official Caterer, White Horse Tavern. The Terrace Club (Reserved Table, Covered, Elevated, Outside Track) Price: Not available at this time. Includes: 1 Reserved Table for 8 Guests, 2 VIP Parking Passes , and Gourmet Buffet & Open Bar This elevated Terrace, gives the Steeplechase Patron an up close encounter of the final yards of the race as well as unlimited access to enjoy the infield activities, socialize or Holiday Shop in the Vendor Village . A perfect way to entertain select customers, good friends or family visiting for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! Gourmet Buffet & Open Bar provided by the Official Caterer White Horse Tavern. Tented Tailgating (Reserved Spot) Price: Not available at this time. Includes: 1 Car Pass, Admits 8, 1 table, 8 chairs, 1-10x10 Pop-Up-Tent This is a perfect spot for Steeplechase Patrons who want a space to call their own! Bring your picnic baskets, invite your friends to stop by and bring your car, this is a “Tented” tailgate spot on the rail on Panther Pass. In addition to being close to the action, you will receive 8 General Admission tickets, a table, 8 chairs and a 10’x10' Pop-Up-Tent for shade. Reserve your spot early, these are very popular and sell quickly!  See map for their North location in relation to the entire track. Rules: No Dogs, No Grilles, And No Glass! You are tailgating on a polo field that will be played on the following week, please be respectful and pick up all your trash, no matter how small. Traditional Tailgate (Unreserved) New Price: Not available at this time. Experience the thrill of racing at the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase by purchasing your very own Traditional Tailgate.  Pick your favorite location along the rail: Cowboy Corner, Alligator Alley or Flamingo Flats.  Each Traditional Tailgate includes 1 car pass, 4 General Admission tickets and room to set up your own table and chairs. Pack your own picnic basket or purchase food and drink from the many vendor areas. Note: This is a first come first serve, unreserved Traditional Tailgate, beginning at 9am sharp through Gate #2. Vip Player's Club Restaurant (Downstaris) Price: Not available at this time. The patio level restaurant offers dining from an A La Carte menu with a cash bar.  The ticket gives you entrance from 10am to the ground floor restaurant, for an all day experience at The Steeplechase.

Infield General Admission Price: Not available at this time. (All General Admission Ticket holders enter the event through Vendor Village at The Turf Club.) Enjoy a day at the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase with an infield General Admission Ticket. Food, drinks, wine and beer are available for purchase as you watch the race from the many options within the 20-acre infield.  Enjoy some Holiday Shopping at the Vendor Village . Please note there are no specific assigned seats for this level of ticket purchase, viewing is standing room only or bring your own blanket and lounge on the infield grass. Rules: No Dogs, No Grills, And No Glass!

Parking VIP Parking (Limited) Price: Not available at this time, Opens at 10am, Enter through Gate #1 beginning at 10am. This level of parking is on the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase property and is the closest parking possible. Valet Service is available from this parking location. Location: Enter THE STADIUM through Gate #1, entrance on left to the VIP Parking. It is within walking distance to the Turf Club, The Terrace, The Palm Club and the Tiki Hut. See map for details.

Golf Cart Parking (limited) Price: Not available at this time. Opens at 9:30am, A pass must be purchased in advance and displayed on golf cart. The Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or accidents.  To be driven by adults only.  Unauthorized golf carts are NOT allowed in the infield or throughout the event.  Golf carts without pass will risk being towed.  All fines and fees, responsibility of golf cart driver.

General Parking Price:Not available at this time, Opens at 9:30am, General Parking is located near, but not on the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase event property, and opens at 9:30am. There are two off–site parking locations and both offer free rides on Molley’s Trolleys to and from the Suncast Palm Beach Steeplechase. (Important: Molley’s Trolleys run from 9:30am-7:01pm) Locations: #1 Location is on Equestrian Club Road , across from horse show entrance off Pierson Road , until full, then #2 location is the polo fields south of the Fire Station, South Shore Blvd. See map for details.
